Ellefsen
Village, to be launched by the Developer
in September, is a secure landscaped village
set between the 9th and 18th fairways
of the 18-hole championship golf course
within Langebaan Country Estate. This
village will have a stylish, contemporary
look and feel and includes apartments,
townhouses and homes. The gate house will
be completed within the next few weeks,
and there will be 24-hour access control.
Forty
of the apartments in Ellefsen Village
will be rented out. The first block of
apartments will be completed, furnished
and ready for rental by the end of August.
The
next two blocks will be ready for rental/occupation
on 1 November and 1 December respectively,with
the last 10 units to be completed early
in 2009. These units are fully furnished
with DSTV, washing machine, dishwasher
and microwave, and will be serviced. Each
unit has a garage and a parking bay. They
will be decorated by local interior decorating
company Vision Interiors headed up by
Sanet Langenhoven who has decorated many
private homes and other hospitality establishments.
Fourteen
of the 26 townhouses are currently under
construction, with the first units due
to be completed early in December. There
are 28 double-storey free-standing golf
course fronting homes, and construction
has commenced on the first one. |
